This fund enables alumni and parents to make direct contributions toward the maintenance and improvement of our chapter house. Whether through a one-time donation or targeted contributions toward specific projects—such as replacing windows in individual rooms or undertaking major home improvement initiatives—these efforts will be overseen by the Delta Alpha Sigma Foundation, in support of its historic preservation goals for 87 Franklin Blvd.
The Housing Board is introducing a new opportunity in 2025, allowing alumni to make targeted donations toward upgrading specific rooms with energy-efficient windows. This initiative enables any alumnus brother to contribute directly to improving the chapter house while ensuring a lasting impact.
As a token of appreciation, donors will have their names displayed on a commemorative plaque outside the sponsored room for a period of five years. This is a meaningful way to leave a legacy while enhancing the living conditions of future brothers.
The image on the left is a map of our common space with the number of windows in each room.
Below are some images of current windows and the plaques that will be available to donors.
