Built in the spirit of our Fraternity’s founding, the Chapter House at 87 Franklin Boulevard in Pontiac, Michigan remains a living monument to Eta Phi’s brotherhood.

The Foundation oversees the long-term preservation of this historic property, maintaining it as a home for current and future brothers and as a place for alumni to reconnect and celebrate our shared legacy.

Supporters can contribute directly to our Historic Preservation Fund to sustain the integrity and beauty of this landmark for generations.
