Eta Phi of Theta Chi Alumni Corporation
The house and this website are owned by the Eta Phi of Theta Chi Alumni Corporation. The Alumni Corporation is run by a small board of Theta Chi Alumni volunteers, as a 501c7. The alumni corporation is segmented into three distinct branches that work together to provide our active chapter with the best resources possible for them to succeed. Fully separate is the Delta Alpha Sigma Foundation, which is organized as a fully distinct 501c3.
